Alumni Spotlight: Katherine Rodby ’03

Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy graduated its first senior class in 2003, and our students were well-prepared to enter a larger world. Today, we will spotlight a Holy Trinity graduate in her accomplishments, her career, and the difference Holy Trinity made in her life.  Here is Dr. Rodby’s Holy Trinity Story:

What advice would you give to current students?
Find something that you are passionate about and study that. Even if it’s hard, if you want it bad enough you can get it. For me, enjoying what I do makes the long hours and weekends worth it.

What is the best part about your career?
I am able to directly impact people’s lives.

What was the best class or activity you participated in at Holy Trinity?
I attribute my understanding of English grammar to Mr. Lovelace, my ability to write to Mrs. Pallex, and my science foundation to Mr. Chiarella.

How did your Holy Trinity experience have an impact on your career and who you are today?
Holy Trinity made me a stronger person overall – something I am sure I will not fully realize until I am much farther along in my career.
